About
Meet Anna
A background in the body and the mind — brought together through breath.

“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.”
— Rumi
My background
I come from a medical family. My mother was a doctor who understood something I have carried with me throughout my life — that the body and mind are deeply connected. She used a psychosomatic approach with great success, and watching her work shaped the way I see health and wellbeing today.
My own professional background also began within healthcare. I worked for a private medical hospital, where I was responsible for creating, implementing and coordinating a health prevention and prophylaxis programme in public health. This experience strengthened something I strongly believe in: prevention is better than cure.
Today, breathwork brings these worlds together for me — an understanding of the body, the mind, and the importance of caring for ourselves before we reach breaking point.
My training
I completed my professional breathwork training in the UK with Breathing Journeys, an accredited breathwork school — nine months of practitioner training across seven modules, including practical in-person training. It gave me a strong foundation in Conscious Connected Breathwork, combining theory, experience and practice.
The school is recognised through professional organisations including:
- Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA)
- Complementary Medical Association (CMA)
- International Breathwork Foundation (IBF)
- UK Breathwork Association
